Step into Christmas with us at Llanelli Christmas Parade THIS Saturday 2nd December!
There’s a shedload of festive fun going on throughout the town centre on the day – we’ve got all the info you need right here, so grab a cuppa (it’s a long one!) and read on... 👇
🎺🥁 Santa’s parade of festive friends sets off from Ffwrnes Theatre at 12pm, featuring over 40 of everyone’s favourite characters! Santa will once again be riding in his Christmas tuk-tuk – we like to do things in style here in Llanelli 😎
🎅🛺 You can then hitch a ride in Santa’s tuk-tuk and meet the big man himself from 1pm to 3pm in Spring Gardens! All our characters will be hanging out til 3pm too, so be sure to get a photo with them all!
🤩🎶 Live music kicks off on our Stepney Square stage from 11am – expect a whole load of Christmas bops from the Thrillionaires and a showcase of local talent from the students of Music Factory Wales and Llanelli School of Music and Drama!
🎁🛍️ It’s also Small Business Saturday, so please support local and get some Christmas shopping done by visiting our town centre shops, the outdoor market, the Ffwrnes Christmas Fair, the Craftastic market, and the 100% Sir Gar pop-up shop – there’s plenty to go around!
☃️🎄 There’s also a chance to meet Santa in his Grotto in St Elli Shopping Centre as he officially opens for business at 1pm! He CAN be in multiple places at once, you know... 🤫
🧑🍳🍪 Also in St Elli Shopping Centre, get stuck in with some sweet Christmas crafts from a Taste of Times Past from 10am to 3pm! Decorate Christmas cookies in the morning and create your own elves, fairies and Nisse in the afternoon ✨
🎨🌟 Raspberry Creatives will be set up in Llanelli Indoor Market with glitter tattoos, the return of the ever-popular tin-can alley, and upcycled Christmas crafts, also on from 10am to 3pm!
✏️📚 Pop into Llanelli Library for even more Christmas crafts and Lego club, available to drop in all day!
