Over the past few weeks we've been developing support initiatives for town centre businesses to aid reopening and recovery as lockdown restrictions ease.
We're thrilled to see businesses and customers returning to the town centre, albeit slowly but surely (and safely!), and so we're pleased to announce the following two initiatives:
Ymlaen Llanelli Reopening Package
We've compiled a support package available for free to all BID levy-paying businesses that are reopening their doors over the coming weeks. The uptake has been astounding so far and we're happy to help our town centre businesses reopen safely.
Included in our package:
- Social distancing floor stickers
- 600 x 800mm sneeze guards for counters (one per business)
- 200ml bottles of hand sanitizer (two per business)
- A4 COVID-19 checklist display posters
Posters and floor stickers have already gone out to some businesses this week, while our sneeze guards and hand sanitizers are still in production and will be available soon.
Llanelli Town Centre Exposure Fund
To help combat the drop in revenue from COVID-19, Ymlaen Llanelli and Emerge Advertising are collaborating to give businesses more exposure post-lockdown with the new Llanelli Town Centre Exposure Fund.
With joint funding from both organisations, levy-paying businesses can get a free advertising slot on the Emerge Advertising Digital Billboard at Halfway lights, one of the biggest advertising spaces in Llanelli.
We've had a great response to the fund so far but slots are limited so get in touch soon!
